Come celebrate World Chaîne Day at what’s sure to be one of our most delicious and delightful culinary events of the year – Champagne Sunday Brunch at one of the city’s most unique venues
– the iconic Russell Food Equipment building.
Our infinitely creative Conseiller Culinaire Chef JC Felicella and the young chefs of Junior Culinary Team Canada (fresh off their Hot Chefs, Cool Jazz event) will be pulling out all the stops as they prepare a custom five-course Sunday brunch for members of la Chaîne accompanied by champagne, Mimosas, and some lovely wines from the Chaîne cellar.
The Russell Food Equipment building is perfectly suited to host our event with all the equipment our award-winning chefs will need to work their magic, adjacent to a spacious dining area where we can dine while also watching our young culinary talents at work. This is going to be amazing, and I very much look forward to seeing you there!
