Young Chef Excellence: Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Competition and Mentorship
Chaîne des Rôtisseurs promotes young chefs' professional development through mentorship and the annual Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition, starting locally and progressing to national and international levels. The Vancouver competition is the first step to the national and international stages.
Vancouver Bailliage
The Vancouver Chaîne, established in 1971, has nearly 100 members. We are unique in that our Bailliage serves in one of the world’s most cosmopolitan culinary centres, our membership includes both lay people and culinary professionals, and we actively support up-and-coming chefs and sommeliers. Vancouver Chaîne members can also participate in any Chaîne event in any of 180 member cities in 80 nations.
