Executive Chef Craig Sung is planning a custom dinner expressly for our Chaîne members that will feature the freshest ingredients of the upcoming harvest season and encompass the areas on which Forage has made its name – BC-grown products from the Land, Sea and Soil complemented by fine BC wines selected by Sommelier and Beverage Manager Peter Sullivan.
General Manager Mark Fitzgerald has graciously opened his entire restaurant for our dinner, which will mark the commencement of our fall dining season. I am very excited about this dinner and look forward to seeing you there.
