It is with great pleasure that I invite you to join me for the most elegant event in our Chaîne calendar – our annual Chaîne Intronisation gala.
Our celebration will take place on Sunday, October 22nd in the Emerald Ballroom at the elegant Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel in the presence of Mr. Tony Catanese, Bailli Délégué du Canada. Here, we will be fêted by Executive Chef and Maître Rôtisseur Damon Campbell and his excellent culinary and front-of-house team for a memorable food and wine experience.
