Dear Ordre Mondial and Chaîne members,
You are most warmly invited to join us for a fun, relaxed and informative exploration of Cheese, Wine & Swine (a.k.a. cured ham) – the three classic components of great charcuterie.
This casual culinary Sunday social will feature a side-by-side tasting of six of the world’s most iconic cured hams (plus two fine French pork patés) accompanied by eight European cheeses specially selected to harmonize with the meats.
The meats and cheeses (from France, Germany, Spain and Italy) will be complemented by fresh baguettes and other tasty accompaniments as well as a selection of French, Spanish and Italian red, German white, sparkling and port wine from our own Chaîne cellar.
This is going to be a delightful way to warm up winter. I hope to see you there. Please note that seating is limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
