Dress: Business & Ribbons
We will begin the evening with a sparkling wine reception in the store of Au Petit Chavignol giving guests an opportunity to view this great facility and its wonderful offerings of cheeses from around the world.
Moving into the restaurant, we will then sample three different flights of cheeses, paired with wines from our cellar, under the tutelage of Allison Spurrell. (Allison has an amazing knowledge of cheeses – including such details as how high up the mountain the animal grazed, what type of grass was eaten and even the time of day that the milk was taken!)
Following this we will enjoy Joe Chaput’s delightful main course, dessert and coffee!
