General Manager Maitre Hotelier Randy Zupanski and Executive Chef Rotisseur David Wong hosted us at this beautiful new Fairmont property!
The evening began with a champagne reception with the beautiful views of the North Shore mountains, Coal harbour and the surrounding areas.
Then we moved to the dining room to enjoy a delightful Pan Asian menu prepared by Chef Wong and his brigade.
For those who did not have the opportunity to visit this Fairmont gem before, it was a wonderful Chaine evening to be remembered!
