It is with the greatest pleasure that I invite you to join me for a special fall celebration at the iconic Wedgewood Hotel & Spa. Chef Montgomery Lau and Sommelier Edward Sweetman have collaborated to bring you a superb menu with wine pairings from the Wedgewood highlighted by courses that would be the hallmarks of any “Classic” Chaîne dinner. The evening will begin with three delectable plated canapés followed by a four-course custom-created dinner with wines, and culminate with a selection of fine cheeses.
