It’s been a year since our last delightful in-person dining event and I know we’re all looking forward with pleasure to resuming our culinary get-togethers. In light of the safe and healthy reopening of our world, it seems only fitting that we return to the venue that brought us so much joy last summer. Please join us on Tuesday, August 24th for a Summer Chaîne Celebration Dinner at the venerable Royal Vancouver Yacht Club.

Our professional member and RVYC GM Jeff Merrin and his team are pleased to welcome us again to the RVYC, this time to sample the cuisine of his outstanding new executive chef Kaesta Mcfee. Chef Mcfee brings a world of culinary experience to his new role at the RVYC. He’s also no stranger to the Chaîne having cooked for Chaîne events overseas. We are so excited to be able to welcome him to his new position and also to experience his own unique cuisine.

As is our custom, this dinner event will feature a reception with canapés followed by four courses custom created for us by Chef Mcfee with wines as selected by the RVYC.

We very much look forward to enjoying a great meal while reconnecting with our fellow Chaîne members in a safe and comfortable environment, and please feel free to invite your friends. I hope you can join us and look forward to seeing you there.
