iDen & Quanjude Bejing Duck House

Dear Vancouver Chaîne Members and Friends,

Come celebrate the finest in Chinese cuisine with your fellow Chaîne members at one of Canada’s best restaurants – the Michelin * award-winning iDen & Quanjude Bejing Duck House. Please join us on Wednesday, March 26 as we savour a multi course feast (graciously orchestrated and curated by our own Chevalier Henry Lo) that captures the amazing flavours and boundless creativity of Chinese culinary culture.

‍Quanjude (which has been awarded a prestigious Michelin * for three consecutive years) promises to take our culinary experience to new heights. The evening will begin with four delectable, aromatic Asian canapés with sparkling wine. This will be followed by a six-course dinner (with wine pairings as selected by Conseiller Gastronomique Jim Connolly.) In a unique turn, our Quanjude hosts will be presenting each course in individually plated servings – an elegant departure from traditional practice.
