Chef Ryan Bissell completed his training at the prestigious Dubrulle Culinary School in Vancouver, BC and now resides in Vancouver, B.C. He has worked at some of the finest restaurants along the “Sea to Sky” including Joe Fortes, Araxi, C Restaurant, and The Bearfoot Bistro. As a proven leader in high volume environments, Ryan excelled at executive level positions with Whistler/Blackcomb, The Boathouse Restaurants, Ulis Restaurant, the Villa Eyrie Resort. Now at the helm of Capilano Golf and Country Club, Ryan is bringing years of sustainable fine dining experience to the discerning members of Canada’s top rated golf club
