Gus Koenigsfest had captured Executive Chef, Gus Stieffenhofer-Brandson’s attention for quite some time. He first noticed him when he was a young cook at Pear Tree, competing in cooking contests. Later, he joined Published, and it became evident from the early days that he possessed an extraordinary drive, determination, and skill set that would propel him to success. And indeed, he swiftly climbed the ranks, surpassing expectations and becoming an indispensable part of the team.
