World Chaîne Day 2024 Dinner and Auction

Dear Chaîne Members and Friends, Come take a culinary trip around the world with us  as we celebrate “World Chaîne Day” in the iconic revolving Vistas 360 room at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront!

AWESOME DINNER – Our special dinner, custom created for us by Maître Rôtisseur Chef Edmund Yee, will take us around the world. The evening will begin with a “sparkling” reception with canapés, followed by an exciting “global tasting tour” featuring five action stations, each of which will showcase the cuisine of a different nation, accompanied by a wide selection of wines from the Chaîne cellar. The beautiful Vistas 360 room itself revolves 360° each hour to reveal spectacular views of downtown Vancouver, Coal Harbour and the North Shore.

EXCITING AUCTION – Another highlight of this year’s World Chaîne Day event will be our popular Chaîne Auction, the proceeds of which support our Bailliage and fund our scholarships for young chefs and sommeliers. Auction items include fine wines and spirits, specialty items, gift baskets, gift certificates for restaurants and more. This is a great night out, so bring your family and friends!
