World Chaîne Day  “Bubbles Tasting” A celebration and exploration of Champagne & Sparkling Wines

Dear OM, Chaîne Members and Friends,

Please join us on World Chaîne Day for a delightful exploration of “bubbly” – champagne and sparkling wines from around the world. We can certainly think of no better way to celebrate our international organization’s special day than with the world’s most celebrated wine!

This year’s World Chaîne Day get-together will take place at the elegant Vancouver Club on Sunday, April 24th, under the guidance of our own Vice-Echanson Clement Lau and Chaîne Maître Tim Ellison, with wines provided by our Chaîne Cellar.

Lovely sips of champagne and sparkling will be accompanied by delectable canapés and other treats created by The Vancouver Club’s Executive Chef Matthew Taylor. This is going to be a fun, relaxed and informative event and we very much look forward to seeing you there!
