Vancouver Convention Centre Intronisation and Dinner

It is with great pleasure that the Chaine Council extends this very special invitation to you to attend the 2017 Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Intronisation Gala and Dinner. This year, in celebration of Canada’s 150th Birthday, our Intronisation gala and dinner will take place at the West Building of the Vancouver Convention Centre, in the spectacular third-floor dining area and gallery overlooking Coal Harbour and the North Shore Mountains, and will feature a sumptuous all-Canadian menu of fresh local food and Canadian wines. Vancouver Convention Centre President and CEO and Maitre de Table Ken Cretney and Director of Culinary Services Blair Rasmussen and their entire team have pulled out all the stops to make this a very unique and very special event.
