It is with great pleasure that I announce the premiere Chaîne event of 2012 – our first-ever dinner at the spectacularly renovated Rosewood Hotel Georgia under the direction of long-time Chaîne member and friend, managing director Steve Halliday. The historic Spanish Ballroom will be the perfect venue for Executive Chef Ken Nakano and his brigade to showcase both inspired cuisine and fine wine pairings for what’s sure to be an evening to remember. On this special night, we will also take the opportunity to pay tribute to Dr. Jane Ruddick, who as Bailli for the better part of a decade has devoted herself, not only to the Chaîne, but also to encouraging, supporting and nurturing the next generation of young chefs. Please join me on this special evening as we extend our thanks to Jane, and also to her husband Dr. John Ruddick, for a job well done.
