Ordre Mondial/Chaîne – Scotch Tasting

The Vancouver Bailliage of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is delighted to provide a totally new experience to its members and friends beginning in 2018!

Please join us on Monday, February 5th (6:30 pm to 8:30 pm) at the Hotel Parq D6 Lounge “Hidden Bar” for our inaugural event of the Ordre Mondial des Gourmets Dégustateurs (OM) in Vancouver.

This fun, relaxed, informal evening will feature a Scotch tasting (the storied spirit George Bernard Shaw famously called “liquid sunshine”) with each “wee dram” (as the Scots would say) paired with its own custom-created canapé. The intimate Hidden Bar, with its elegant appointments and lovely cityscape views, is the perfect place to gather with your fellow Ordre Mondial/ Chaîne members to enjoy the pleasures of fine Scotch, where the hotel’s sommelier will also share the history, production and unique characteristics of each tasting while also discussing each of the unique food pairings.
