Members of La Chaîne are warmly invited to a sumptuous culinary celebration at the Mt. Lehman Winery Summer Long-Table Dinner

What better way celebrate the glorious days of summer than with a lovely long-table dinner among the wine casks at the Fraser Valley’s iconic Mt. Lehman Winery. 

This summertime Chaîne event will welcome you with bubbles and canapés followed by an inspired four-course custom dinner with wine pairings. We’ll sip and savour both a Mt. Lehman white and a dessert wine, while our Jim Connolly complements these with refreshing “bubbles” and a fine French red from our Chaîne cellar. (Non-alcoholic wines will be available for those who are designated drivers.)

This fresh and fabulous summer repast will showcase the culinary talents of Chef Francis Flores (Edmonton Convention Centre) and Chef Chloe Sy (Fairmont Pacific Rim). These two award-winning chefs will be representing Canada at the World Chefs Competition in Singapore this October. Net proceeds will benefit these young competitors.
