Hamid Salimian,newly inducted Maitre Rotisseur and Executive Chef of “The Apron”, a gem of a restaurant at this lovely new hotel, is looking forward to hosting members of the Chaine and their guests to a unique 7-course dinner.

Your council recently held a meeting and dinner at this establishment and were blown away with the creativity and innovations displayed in each of Hamid’s dishes. We encourage all of our Chaine members to attend this function and to bring guests who may be interested in learning more about our association and may be interested in joining our great organization.
