The holiday season is fast approaching and with it the joyful anticipation of celebrating the season with family and friends over good food and wine. I very much look forward to bringing our Vancouver Chaîne family together for our own traditional seasonal celebration, which this year will take place on Tuesday, December 3rd at Seasons in the Park Restaurant.

To set the scene, our traditional holiday dinner will be enjoyed in the beautiful Skyline Room at Seasons in the Park…a room with easily the most breathtaking views of our beloved city, and especially at night. It’s here in these elegant and festively adorned surroundings that our customary “sparkling” reception with canapés will be followed by a lovely four-course dinner with wines as selected by our Conseiller Gastronomique Jim Connolly.
