Chaîne Christmas Dinner

With the holiday season comes one of the most loved and warmly anticipated events of our year the annual Chaîne Christmas Dinner.

It was a truly festive holiday celebration at the elegant Fairmont Hotel Vancouver  under the direction of our own Maitre Hotelier Michael Pye and Executive Chef Cameron Ballendine.

Chef Ballendine gave us an extraordinary culinary experience befitting the holiday season, each course paired with wines from our own Chaîne cellar.

Once again, we were delighted to present our mini silent wine auction. Proceeds support our Chaîne Sommelier Scholarship.
