Chaîne members and friends are most warmly invited to join us for one of the culinary highlights of the year – our 2018 Chaîne AGM, Dinner & Auction at the beautiful Shaughnessy Golf & Country Club, featuring “The Fabulous Flavours of Asia.”

AGM – Join us at 5:45 pm for a brief update on your Chaîne council’s efforts. Then, join us as we savour the flavours and foods that define the timeless cuisine of China, Japan and beyond.

DINNER – We begin with a “sparkling” reception complemented by six mouthwatering appetizers, followed by a sumptuous Asian-inspired buffet dinner complete with four tasting stations, a spectacular seafood bar, the always fabulous fresh oyster bar, assorted house-made desserts and a selection of fine cheeses. As ever, Maître Rôtisseur Peter Crook has created a truly wonderful menu, this year complemented by fine wines, as well as Asian beers and sake.

AUCTION – A highlight of our evening will be our popular Chaîne Live and Silent Auctions, the proceeds of which support our Bailliage and fund our scholarships for promising young chefs and sommeliers. Auction items include a wide selection of fine wines, unique dining experiences, luxury hotel stays, exceptional food items, gift baskets, gift certificates and much more. This fun evening is a great event for family and friends, so come one and come all. See you there!
