Chaîne – Vancouver Bailliage’s 2019 AGM, Dinner & Auction

Shaughnessy Golf & Country ClubChaîne members and friends are warmly invited to join us for our 2019 Chaîne AGM, Dinner & Auction at the beautiful Shaughnessy Golf & Country Club.

Each year, Maître Rôtisseur Peter Crook delights us with a theme for his spectacular buffet dinner and food stations, and this year is no exception.

Please join us for “Mare e Monti” Chef Crook’s special creations featuring fresh, delectable seafood and meat dishes inspired by the timeless flavours and ingredients of Italian cuisine.

AGM – Please join us at 5:45 pm for a brief update on your Chaîne council’s efforts. Then, mix and mingle with your fellow members over fine wines and fabulous foods.

DINNER – We begin with a “Sparkling” reception complemented by a selection of six mouthwatering hot and cold appetizers, followed by a sumptuous Italian-inspired buffet dinner along with four tasting stations, an inspired buffet assortment, the always amazing fresh oyster bar, assorted house-made desserts and a selection of fine cheeses. These will be complemented by Italian wines as well as Italian beer.

AUCTION – As ever, the highlight of our evening will be our Chaîne Live and Silent Auctions, the proceeds of which support our Bailliage and fund our scholarships for promising young chefs and sommeliers. Auction items include fine wines and spirits, unique dining experiences, luxury hotel stays, exceptional food items, gift baskets, gift certificates and much more.
