Chaîne – Christmas at The Hart House

One of the things we all look forward to during the holiday season is the happy return of so many treasured traditions, not the least of which is our ]Chaîne Christmas dinner. Please join me on December 10th as we come together to share a wonderful meal(custom-created just for us), a selection of fine wines and lots of good company at a venue that I believe embodies the warm spirit of the season – the elegant Hart House Restaurant in Burnaby.

Nestled on the shore of Deer Lake, the beautiful Tudor Revival-style Hart House mansion, with its beautifully appointed rooms and lovely views, has long been home to one of the region’s most celebrated culinary destinations under the direction of Executive Chef Michael Genest and his team. Chef Genest – a native son of BC who has trained in BC and all over the world – has planned a wonderful menu for your enjoyment, paired with a fine selection of wines.
