The “most wonderful time of the year” is coming up fast, and with it comes one of the most roundly enjoyed and warmly anticipated events of our culinary year – our annual Chaîne Christmas Dinner, which this year celebrates the flavours of Italy.

Please join us for a festive holiday celebration at the elegant
La Terrazza Ristorante, under the direction of our own Maître Rôtisseur Chef Gennaro Iorio.

As befits the holiday season, Chef Iorio has planned a dinner that reflects some of the culinary traditions of an Italian Christmas repast, with each course thoughtfully paired with a fine wine from our own Chaîne cellar, featuring some lovely Italian wines.
