Spring is just around the corner and to celebrate the Spring Equinox, the Vancouver Bailliage has visited Boulevard Restaurant at the Sutton Place Hotel. Chef Alex Chen’s schedule over the past two and one half years has been full indeed: he represented Canada at the 2013 Bocouse d’Or, took the regional title in the 2015 Gold Medal Plates in Victoria and has just represented the west in the Canadian finals in Kelowna. His high skill level and commitment to excellence has been on display at this March 21st event.
