Bailli’s Picnic – “A Taste of Competition”

Please join us in the garden of our North Vancouver home for the happy return of our summer Chaîne culinary get-together – The Bailli’s Picnic!

This year, members of Culinary Team BC & Junior Culinary Team Canada, under the direction of our Vice-Conseiller Culinaire Chef John Carlo Felicella, will delight you with a sneak peek testing of menu ideas the teams are exploring for the international culinary competition called ExpoGast, which will be taking place in Luxembourg this fall. (The two teams are the only ones representing Canada at the competition.) There will be food stations located throughout the house and garden, complemented by a host of fine wines selected by Vice-Conseiller Gastronomique Bob Charlton. We look forward to seeing you there.
