I am delighted to invite you to our first Chaîne Intimate dining experience of the year at the award-winning Baan Lao Fine Thai Cuisine restaurant in Richmond. This extraordinary culinary gem, under the guidance of our newest professional member Maître Rôtisseur Chef Nutcha Phanthoupheng, has earned a national reputation for exquisite Thai cuisine, top wines and exceptional white glove service designed to (as Chef Phanthoupheng says) “welcome guests as if they are members of Royalty.”

In what I know will be an event “fit for a King or Queen,” Chef Phanthoupheng will take us on a culinary journey to Thailand, treating us to 8 amazing courses (plus three refreshing palate cleansers) with six wine pairings as chosen by Pier Soulier (Canada’s 2022 winner, Best Sommelier, and 9th in the world.
