Dear Chaîne Members & Friends,  

It is with great pleasure that I invite you to join me for the most elegant event in our Chaîne calendar – our annual Chaîne Induction gala where we will formally welcome our new members of the Chaîne and Ordre Mondial.

Our celebration will take place on Sunday, October 27th in the storied Panorama Roof room at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver in the presence of Mr. Tony Catanese, Bailli Délégué du Canada. Here, we will enjoy the culinary creations of Executive Chef and Maître Rôtisseur Michael Reid and his excellent culinary and front-of-house team for a memorable food and wine experience.

As ever, “the more, the merrier.” Please feel free to ask your family, friends and any past Chaîne members with whom you are still in contact to join us for this dinner.
