Maitre Rotisseur Daniel Craig, who joined us in November of 2011, hosted our event dinner. Executive Chef Daniel Craig represented Canada in the Meilleur Jeune Commis Rotisseurs International Competition in Australia where he placed First among the 23 competing national champions.

This was his first Vancouver Chaine event.

This dinner is an International event as we hosted the Provincial Bailli du Pacific Northwest Michael Martello along with 23 Chaine members from across the United States. Also attending were the Bailli Délégué de Grande Bretagne Philip Evins, Bailli Délégué des Etats-Unis George Brown and Bailli Délégué du Canada David Tetrault.
