Dear Members and Friends,
An Event to Honour Dr. Gerald Korn. As many of you are aware we lost one of the Dean’s of Vancouver Food and Wine culture this spring with the passing of Dr. Gerald Korn.
It seems fitting to plan a dinner in Gerald’s memory and Owner/Chef Michel Jacob of Le Crocodile has stepped forward and has offered to host the event at his restaurant. This will not be a formal Chaine event but rather a Chaine facilitated function. We would invite you to join other members of the Food and Wine community who revere Gerald’s contributions and his memory.
