It is with great pleasure that I invite you to join us for our long awaited Chaîne des Rôtisseurs fine dining event at one of Vancouver’s finest and most celebrated restaurants – L’Abbatoir! Please join us as Chef Lee Cooper, together with his superb culinary team and front-of-house staff, indulge our group with the “Pacific Northwest cuisine with a French touch” that has made L’Abattoir a destination restaurant, not only for locals but also for foodies from around the world. The evening will begin with our customary “bubbles” followed by a special menu custom-designed by Chef Cooper expressly for the enjoyment of our group. Each dish will be accompanied by a fine wine from L’Abattoir’s cellar with welcome sparkling from the Chaîne cellar. It was two years and three months ago that we were to dine at L’Abattoir when, three days before our event, everything went into lockdown. I am so thrilled to be able to have our group return to L’Abattoir. I know it will have been worth the wait! This is going to be a wonderful evening, and I very much look forward to seeing you there.
