Get ready to experience West Coast cuisine at its very finest at our next Chaîne dining event to take place at Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar at the elegant Sutton Place Hotel in downtown Vancouver.

Please join us, as we savour each sumptuous morsel of a  custom five-course dinner created especially for la Chaîne by Boulevard’s award-winning Executive Chef Alex Chen –  one of Vancouver’s most luminous culinary talents and 2018 winner of the national Gold Medal Plates competition. As ever, each course will be complemented by a fine wine as selected in consultation with Chef by our own Conseiller Gastronomique Bob Charlton.
